Accounts Apprentice

As an Accounts Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accountancy, bookkeeping and tax responsibilities while studying towards your AAT Level 3 qualification. Working alongside experienced accountants and client managers, you’ll support clients with bookkeeping, VAT returns, tax compliance, record keeping and HMRC submissions, while developing your understanding of accounting principles and cloud-based accounting software. You’ll also help maintain client records, respond to client queries and support the wider team with administrative tasks. With structured training, ongoing support and increasing responsibility, you’ll build the technical knowledge, confidence and client-facing skills needed for a successful long-term career in accountancy, with opportunities to take ownership of your work and develop direct relationships with clients as your experience grows
