What does employee ownership mean for you?
All employees are part-owners in our business. This means if you’re an employee of our FSCA-accredited umbrella company, you are eligible for a share in our business – and our profits.
When Sapphire does well, we all do well. Our staff and umbrella contractors are rewarded with Income Tax-free* employee ownership bonuses (*tax-fee limit is capped at £3,600).
