You get paid
Once your approved timesheet and funds reach us, we process your pay through PAYE. You’ll receive clear pay information so you know what’s coming before it lands.

How long does it take to join Sapphire?
Registration is designed to be quick. How quickly we can complete your setup depends on receiving the necessary information from you and your recruitment agency, but we’ll keep you informed throughout.
Do I need to tell my recruitment agency?
We’ll need to work with your agency to set up the assignment and payroll arrangements. Once you’ve registered, our team can coordinate the process with them.
When will I receive my first payment?
Your first payday depends on your agency’s payroll timetable, approved timesheets and when funds are received. We’ll explain your payment schedule when you join.
Will I be employed by Sapphire?
Yes. When you join Sapphire Umbrella, Sapphire becomes your employer and pays you through PAYE.
