Sapphire has announced it has now paid more than £1 million in Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) profit-share bonuses to its umbrella contractors since becoming employee owned in 2021.
The milestone follows this year’s distribution of £350,000 to thousands of qualifying contractors, with every recipient personally contacted by the Sapphire team before the announcement was made.
Unlike traditional umbrella providers, Sapphire extends its employee ownership model beyond its internal team, recognising the contractors who contribute to the company’s success.
