Sapphire has recently partnered with The Booth Centre to support its aim of assisting people impacted by homelessness in Manchester. The Booth Centre is ran by incredible individuals with their mission of “Creating Thriving Community”.
Earlier this year Sapphire contributed £25,000 to help The Booth Centre, enhancing its resources and staffing to ensure the charity continues its vital work in assisting individuals affected by homelessness.
Sapphire will continue to support The Booth Centre, we plan to get involved with volunteering days and fundraising activities. It is a big year for the charity as they celebrate their 30th Anniversary!
An attendee of the Booth Centre describes their experience below:
“I received support in the form of bus tickets, meals, support from alcohol, volunteer work and mental health support. I went back to the gym, I also got help with universal credit and other financial help. I am very happy about it; my life has changed for the better. I feel very good mentally and physically.”
