The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is the UK’s leading membership body dedicated to raising standards and promoting supply chain compliance for the temporary labour market.
FCSA members must adhere to their Charter and best practice Codes of Compliance. In order to achieve FCSA Accreditation, applicants are independently assessed against these codes to ensure all policies and procedures are being implemented in practice.
The FCSA check include documentary evidence of how companies adhere to each standard, and assessors conduct site visits to interview staff, test scenarios, undertake random checks, and listen to onboarding calls.
This accreditation allows Sapphire to continue to maintain and further our high standards so that our agency partners, contractors, and clients continue to receive the best service going forward.
What the future holds
Whilst we are proud to have passed the annual compliance checks, we know our accredited status should not be underestimated, it is imperative to our continued growth and success and is the benchmark accreditation in our industry. Being an FCSA accredited member, especially for all 3 solutions, is no easy task and is testament to each one of the team that we have maintained our accreditation for another year.
Sapphire’s next compliance assessment will take place between April and August 2024.
