Here at Sapphire, it’s incredibly important to us that we invest in our team. We believe that by putting time and effort into developing our staff, we can create a driven and motivated group of people who will take pride in providing the best service for our clients. As a result of this, we decided to implement a training platform for our internal team. After nearly a year of development, we are delighted to have launched the platform this month!
Sapphireology is equipped with everything our team members need to know to work in their roles effectively. Not only is it an induction platform for new starters, but it is also an opportunity for existing staff to further their professional development, where they can learn and progress within their role, or move to a different role entirely.
Part of the reason we launched Sapphireology was to allow staff members to train across different departments if they wish to or to learn more to progress in their current department.
The platform is interactive, featuring quizzes and activities at the end of each module, and it has been designed to be continually evolving.
Ultimately, we launched Sapphireology because we believe in our people. We relish the opportunity to progress our team members within the company, and we look to do it wherever we can.
We are so pleased to welcome Sapphireology to the Sapphire business and we can’t wait to see the progress the team make, whether that is in their own department or having the freedom to explore other areas of the business.
