This promotion is run by Sapphire (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
The promotion is open to new contractors who are switching to Sapphire and have been invited to participate by Sapphire. Only individuals aged 18 or over are eligible.
How to Enter
Eligible participants will receive a link to a Spin to Win wheel. To enter, participants must enter a valid email address and spin the wheel.
Each person is permitted one spin only.
One Entry Per Person
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple attempts to enter using different email addresses or other methods may result in disqualification.
Prizes
Prizes will be clearly shown on the wheel before spinning. Prizes may include vouchers, merchandise, or other promotional rewards.
No cash alternative is available, and prizes are non-transferable.
Big Prizes & Payment Timing
Any higher-value prizes (as determined by Sapphire) will be issued after the contractor has received their first payday with Sapphire.
If a participant does not reach their first payday with Sapphire, Sapphire reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the prize.
Prize Codes & Redemption
After spinning the wheel, participants will be shown a unique prize code.
This code must be provided to Sapphire to redeem the prize.
Sapphire reserves the right to verify all prize claims and refuse redemption where a code is invalid, duplicated, or has already been redeemed.
Prize Fulfilment
Prizes will be distributed either directly to winners or via Sapphire’s internal records based on spin results. Allow reasonable time for prize fulfilment.
Data & Records
Sapphire will record participant email addresses, spin results, and prize codes for the purposes of administering the promotion and preventing misuse.
Fair Use
Sapphire reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing the promotion, attempting to manipulate outcomes, or acting fraudulently.
Changes & Cancellation
Sapphire reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.
General
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
