Mental health is something that, directly or indirectly, will likely affect us all over the course of our lives and we believe that everyone should be able to receive the help and support they deserve.
At Sapphire, mental health is something that is constantly on our mind. The team has once again tackled the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge in aid of raising money for the mental health charity Mind.
Mind was our elected charity as they are at the forefront of breaking down the taboos surrounding mental health and are helping us to feel more comfortable in opening up about these issues to those close to us.
This hike is approximately 25 miles with an elevation of around 5200ft, however we managed to complete the walk in 10 hours and raised over £1,350 in the process!
