Matt, tell us a little bit about you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi, I\u2019m\u00a0Matthew Guest<\/a>, one of the Accounts Team Leaders here at Sapphire. After completing my Accounting & Finance degree in Manchester, I took a short break from finance to focus on personal development. Sapphire enticed me back into the Finance Sector 6 years ago, and I began the journey through our Payroll and Customer Service departments, then returned to my roots in Accounts.<\/p>\n

What do you do at Sapphire?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our sole purpose in Accounts is to make sure our\u00a0limited company<\/a>\u00a0clients are receiving the best possible advice based on each person\u2019s individual circumstances, which will ultimately help our clients operate as tax efficiently as possible whilst they look to grow and expand their limited company. Along the way, we look to reduce the burdens and stresses that come with managing their own company by providing them with proactive advice which helps them avoid any pitfalls they may have otherwise stumbled into.<\/p>\n

I love speaking to our clients, getting to understand both their limited company and personal goals, and building a working relationship that helps the client achieve everything they set their sights on.<\/p>\n

What is important to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working within the Customer Service department revealed to me what I see as important; taking the time to help someone in need, someone who has questions that need answering, someone who needs a clearer explanation to truly understand their finances, so as the Accounts Team Leader, this was one of the most important values I instilled within the team. We ensure our clients are always getting the best advice by helping them truly understand their responsibilities and how their limited company works as a director and shareholder of their own business.<\/p>\n
